What is event-based content?

Also called: Trigger-based content Updated Reviewed by the AgentMio team

Definition

Event-based content is content created in response to a specific event, such as a product release, a price change or a milestone, instead of only following a fixed calendar.

Why it matters

Events are the moments audiences care about most. Reacting quickly keeps channels timely without constant manual monitoring.

How to do it

  1. Define which events matter, like releases, promos and milestones.
  2. Send those events to your content tool automatically, for example with a webhook.
  3. Review the drafts and publish at the best time.

Example

On AgentMio Starter or Pro, an app sends a new release to its data feed and gets posts for X, LinkedIn and Instagram, ready to approve.
